1.1 Age & Eligibility

To open an account and use gaming services on 77ae, users must be 21 years of age or older. The following persons may not open an account:

• Any person under 21 years of age
• Any person who already holds a banned or terminated account on 77ae
• Any person attempting to create an account using false information

1.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person's name, 77ae reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts, and any balances may be forfeited.

1.3 Account Security

2.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

77ae currently supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Once a transaction is completed, it is generally credited to the account instantly

2.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made
• Wagering requirements must be met for bonus funds

Withdrawal requests must be made through the same mobile banking method used for the deposit.

2.3 Fraud & Irregularities

If fraudulent or unusual transactions are suspected, 77ae may suspend withdrawals and request additional verification. Filing a chargeback or false dispute may result in permanent account closure.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% first-deposit bonus on their first deposit at 77ae, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount) and is set at 20x. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only
• Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time period
• Bonus wagering eligibility may be limited in certain games

3.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus applies once per user only. Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred. Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in cancellation of all associated accounts. 77ae reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

4.1 VIP Tiers

77ae's VIP program has 4 tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

4.2 Earning VIP Tiers

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active gaming. Tier changes are at 77ae's discretion and all decisions are considered final. Cashback is credited to the account at the designated time each week. The account must be active and verified to earn cashback.

5.1 Fair Play Policy
